Affordable homes, building community together!

Our Family Roots

Our story begins with Valmond Corbie, who journeyed from Trinidad and Tobago and built a life grounded in generosity, respect, and creating opportunity. In every neighborhood he touched, he championed dignity, affordable homes, and community spaces, inspiring our family's commitment to serve residents, neighbors, and partners with real care.

Living Our Island Values

We turn our Caribbean values into everyday action - welcoming neighbors by name, sharing food at community events, and staying present when residents need support. Through on‑site teams, responsive maintenance, and thoughtful gathering spaces, we offer housing services that respect culture, protect dignity, and create a sense of belonging for everyone we serve.

Rooted In Culture, Dignity, And Care

Our family stands with neighbors who are too often overlooked, including veterans, by building affordable homes and supportive independent living. We create welcoming courtyards, rooms, and gathering spaces where people share meals, check in on one another, and feel safe enough to plant roots, heal, and build lasting stability with steady, real support.
